If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition. To initiate a refund, the customer must present the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund will be provided in cash.

We regret to inform you that opened or used perfumes cannot be refunded due to hygiene and quality control reasons. In cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

For online purchases, the same conditions apply, and customers must contact our customer service to arrange for the return shipping. It is important to ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. The store does not cover the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
